Flower Garden

 

This was the flower garden on Sunday
evening as the sun was setting. So lovely.
Since then it has been nonstop rain, but
I think the rain is clearing up for a bit.

For the first time in a while I can see the

blue sky peeking out through the clouds.

Already I am feeling more creative.

Hopefully I will have time to pick some

peonies before the rain starts again!

Peonies and Wild Flowers

The peonies in our garden bloomed over the weekend.

Subsequently, my house is now filled with bouquets of

peonies and wild flowers. It is so lovely!

I am not sure how to express the happiness and inspiration

that I get from freshly cut flowers. I smile just thinking about them!

Peonies

There is a garden in front of my house that has peonies growing in it. I always seem to forget that we grow peonies so when I see the flowers starting to bloom it is always a pleasant surprise!
